At Royal Publications, maintaining high publication standards and author satisfaction is our priority. Authors may request to withdraw their articles before they are published on the journal website, and we are happy to process a full refund in such cases.
We encourage all authors to carefully review their submission before publishing. This ensures that your article meets all requirements and avoids delays or complications.
Withdrawal Before Publication
Authors may request to withdraw their article at any time before it is published on the journal website. Withdrawal requests must be sent via email, including the article title, reference number, and corresponding author details. Email must be from the same email that was used to submit the paper.
Refunds for pre-publication withdrawals will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
Withdrawal After Publication
Authors may withdraw their article even after it has been published. However, no refunds will be issued once the article appears on the journal website.
Post-publication withdrawals are handled administratively, but the article will remain part of the journal record.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for articles withdrawn before publication. Once an article is published, refunds are not provided. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method used for submission within 7-14 days.
Authors are encouraged to retain confirmation emails and receipts for reference during the withdrawal and refund process.
